تسمين الغثيث وهو محاولة لجمع قواعد، وفوائد متناثرة من كتب ابن حزم، يتضمن 99 مسألة مرتبة،صدرت الطبعة الأولى من مكتبتنا عام 2004، وصدرت الطبعة الثانية من مكتبة الثقافة الدينية بمصر عام 2006،بتواطؤ من احدى مكتبات بغداد،وبدون إذن من المؤلف،لا عبر البريد الألكتروني ولا البريد الاعتيادي، قام بنشره، وطبعه،والمشاركة في كل المعارض، علماً أن فيها نقصاً مع الأسف. وحينما علمت بذلك اتصلت به عام 2009، وأخبرته بأني وكيل المؤلف - صاحب المكتبة الفلانية موجود على النسخة الأصلية الذي أخذت منه - وأنت طبعته بغير اذن ، ووعدني عدة مرات باعطائي الحقوق، أو نشر كتبنا بالطريقة الشرعية والأخلاقية . وأغلق هاتفه وانقطع الاتصال بيني وبين مكتبة الثقافة الدينية في مصر ؛فهذه الطبعة غير شرعية؛
