فالأثر الذى تركه يوليوس قيصر فى التاريخ هو انتصاره على قبائل الغال لأنها أعطت لإيطاليا قرونا من الأمان, وكان أحد العناصر الهامة التى أمنت الإمبراطورية الرومانية كلها, وكذلك قيامه بالإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي فى روما, وتعديله للتقويم السنوى والذى بقى حتى يومنا بعد ما أدخل عليه تعديلات طفيفة, وكانت شهرته بسبب غرامياته وحبه لكليوباترا.
ومن أجل هذا اتخذ يوليوس قيصر مكانة رفيعة بين الخالدين. عبرة من عبر التاريخ نقدمها ثقافة تتجدد للقارئ العربي الشادي إلى الثقافة التاريخية والمعرفة الشاملة.
