ترجمة مروة هاشم " تقنيات الأداء المسرحي.. بناء الشخصية” كتاب جديد للمخرج والممثل الروسي العظيم قسطنطين ستانسلافسكي أول من قنن عمل الممثل ووضع له النهج الأول ليسير عليه، وأصبحت طريقته التي طرحها في كتابه “ممثل يستعد” الذي نشره عام 1936 ثم استكمل العمل في هذا الكتاب حتى وفاته عام 1938 أشبه بالكتاب التعليمي بالنسبة للممثل المسرحي، وقامت أسرته بإرسال مادة الكتاب إلى المترجمة “إليزابيث ريونالدز هايجود” التي لم تتمكن من استلامها إلا بعد انتهاء الحرب التي اشتركت فيها روسيا عام 1940 وقامت المترجمة روسية الأصل بمراجعة واختيار النسخ المتعددة للفصول التي وصلت إليها وصدرت الطبعة الأولى من هذا الكتاب عام 1949. ويرى ستانسلافسكي أن التمثيل غريزة إنسانية عامة، والشيء الرئيسي لا يكمن في الفعل ذاته بل في نشأة الميل إلى الفعل نشأة طبيعية، وأن يكون هذا الميل أو الحاجز مركبا وسهل التطويع في الوقت ذاته، فالأصل في التمثيل هو رغبة الإنسان الدائمة في التعري من شخصيته الواقعية الذاتية والتحول إلى شخصية أخرى غريبة، سواء كان هذا بدافع الحفاظ على الذات عن طريق الاختفاء والتنكر أم لمجرد الرغبة في اللعب وعرض الذات بطريقة مثيرة أو ما يمكن أن نطلق عليه “حب الظهور”. وقد غير أسلوبه شكل التمثيل في روسيا إلى الأبد قبل أية دولة أخرى، وكانت نظرياته ومبادئه شاملة لجوانب عديدة من حالة الممثل وأسلوب عمله. والمنهج لدى ستانسلافسكي يمثل إنجاز المعايشة الإبداعية التي تخلق الامتزاج بين الحياة والفن ومن علامات النظام الإبداعي والانعكاس الذي تتركه الحياة على الإنسان.
