مرحلة الرشد :
التعريف اللغوي لمرحلة الرشد .
جاء لفظ (الرشد) بمعني حصول المعرفة والرجاحة والاتزان في قوله تعالى : +" وَابْتَلُوا الْيَتَامَى حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغُوا النِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ آنَسْتُم مِّنْهُمْ رُشْدًا فَادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ " ( النساء – 6) وبهذا يجب التعرف على علامات ومؤثرات بلوغ الرشد ، وهذا يعني أن الرشد ليست له سن محددة ، ولا يصل إليها جميع الأبناء في زمن واحد . ( )
ولا شك أن مرحلة الرشد تشهد تغيرات مختلفة في ملامح شخصية الأبناء .. فهي فترة تتزن فيها شخصية الأبناء ، وذلك بعد أن يمر الابن بمرحلة المراهقة القلقة والمتوترة ... حيث تهدأ في هذه المرحلة التوترات ومظاهر القلق والمشكلات الانفعالية المطردة في مرحلة المراهقة .
.. أما من ناحية التعريف العلمي والحياتي فإن الابن يصل إلى مرحلة الرشد عندما يستطيع الاستقلال ماديًا عن طريق العمل .. واجتماعيًا عن طريق الزواج وتكوين الأسرة .
ولأن بلوغ الرشد يعتمد على هذه المتغيرات المختلفة المادية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية فإن بلوغ الأبناء للرشد يختلف من أسرة أخرى ومن مجتمع لآخر حسب الظروف الاجتماعية والمادية والنفسية التي يمر بها الأبناء في هذا المجتمع .
أما ما اتفق عليه التربويون وعلماء النفس حول مرحلة الرشد فهو أنها مرحلة سنية تتبع مرحلة المراهقة وتقع بين سن (21-34 عام) .. وهى مرحلة متزنة وآمنة إلى حد بعيد طالما مرت مرحلة المراهقة بسلام ، ويفترض بهذه المرحلة أن تكون لها خصائص مستقلة مختلفة عن مرحلة المراهقة ولذلك فلا يصح معاملة الشاب كمراهق طالما بلغ سن الرشد .
