كما أنه ضرورة وواقع لاختلاف الناس وتباين اهتماماتهم وثقافاتهم وبيئاتهم فكل منهم نسيج وحده ..
ومن ثم كان ينبغي أن نركز نظرتنا إلى توظيفه في العمل المطروح ، والاستفادة من نتائجه دون أن نعطل فوائده ونبقى محبوسين في قانون المنطق التشاؤمي : صواب أو خطأ !!!
لاسيما وأن أمام أعيننا نفوس صفت ، وعقول تفتحت فأنتجت خلافا نزيها ..وكان سر نجاحها أنها أدركت سر الاختلاف في الرأي وواقعيته واختلاف رؤيتنا للأشياء من حولنا .
كما علينا ألا نحاول أن نكون حريصين على أن نغير وجهات نظر الآخرين لكي نتفق مع احتياجاتنا ومصالحنا !!
فإذا ما تقبلت عقولنا فكرة الاختلاف وأهميته فهل نحن موضوعيون في خلافنا ؟؟؟
هل نزن آراء الآخرين وزنا منطقيا ونتعامل معها بحيادية مطلقة أم أننا ننحاز لأفكار وآراء دون الأخرى ؟؟؟!!!!
هل ننظر الى القضايا المطروحة من وجهة نظر الطرف الآخر ونحاول أن نتقمص دوره وشخصيته لكي نتعرف على حقيقة موقفه؟؟!!!
ثم إذا ما انتقلنا الى دائرة الحوار مع الآخرين .....
هل نجمد عند طريقة تفكير واحدة ؟؟؟أم أننا نتمتع بمرونة المعالجات العقلية التي يتطلبها طبيعة الموقف او الحوار أو المشكلة ....
وعندما نختلف في وجهات النظر ...هل نضبط مؤشر نياتنا ضبطا صحيحا ونتأمل أنفسنا ونحن نختلف مع الآخرين ؟؟؟
هل حقا كنا نختلف من أجل القضية المطروحة ، أم هناك أشياء أخرى أخذت بنا بعيدا عن صفاء الاختلاف ؟؟؟!!!
