وتؤكد الأدبيات أن المرأة امرأة مسئولة في كل الظروف في الداخل والخارج امرأة مبدعة؛ تسعى وبجدية لتترك بصمتها المؤثرة في المجتمع ولا تزال تعمل وتجتهد وتبدع كإعلامية وفنانة وشاعرة وموظفة عاملة.
ما هو الدور الذي قامت به البرلمانيات العراقيات في تشريع القوانين والرقابة وخصوصاً القوانين المتعلقة بالأحوال الشخصية وما هو مرتبط بقضايا المرأة تحديداً وإلى أي مدىقامت بدعم قضايا المرأة وعن المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العراقية إلى عام 2012م؟
حيث إن مشاركة المرأة ووصولها إلى البرلمان ضرورة وطنية ومجتمعية حتى تستطيع النساء إن تدافع عن نصف المجتمع.
