"الحراك والهجرة'' هما، كما يعلم ذوي الاختصاص، أساس الظاهرة الاجتماعية المسؤولة على كل التغيرات الثقافية والحضارية واللغوية. وقد اخترنا موضوع الثقافة واللغة لأنه موضوع مهم لما له من إسقاطات على الهوية التي تعاني بفعل الأزمات التي أملتها الظروف الناتجة أساسا عن الهجرات والغزوات بمصنفاتها. فالهجرة أخذ، عطاء، تأثير، تأثر، تعدد لغوي ومسخ ثقافي. فهي ديكوطوميا وانقسام، تعدد يصب في قلب الحضارات الإنسانية بإسهامه في إثراء الحضارة البينية والإقليمية. نعم، كانت الهجرة التاريخية الجزائرية في البداية، أكثر شيوعا من المشرق إلى المغرب، وبعد الفتح الإسلامي أصبحت عكسية من المغرب في اتجاه المشرق، مغذية ومؤثرة بإسهاماتها التمدنية والحضارية في بناء الأمصار، وإصلاح الأنوار، إذ ساهم أجدادنا منذ العهد الفاطمي، الذي دعا نوره من أعالي الجبال البربرية بإقجان ولوّح ببزوغ منارات علمية مستقطبة وجذابة مثل الأزهر الشريف في القاهرة وزلتن ومصراتة في ليبيا، فكان لهذه الهجرات دورا فعالا في المشرق العربي وبلاد الشام في التنوير والجهاد وكانت البداية نصرة صلاح الدين في إخراجه الفرنجة من القدس الشريف.
