كتاب (مشكلات عمانية)، وهو تكملة مخصصة ومنفردة عن كتابي (مشكلات عربية) الذي يقع في ثلاثة أجزاء. في الحقيقة، لا يعني ذلك الانفراد أن المشكلات العمانية تنفصل ولا تتصل بالمشكلات العربية، بل أرى أن المشكلات العمانية هي مشكلات عربية، والمشكلات العربية هي مشكلات عمانية، وأنه باختصار: "كل أخٍ عربي أخي"، وبالطبع "كل أخٍ مسلم أخي".
كتاب (مشكلات عمانية) يحتوي على ثلاث أبحاث وفي كل بحث مشكلة. ويحتوي الكتاب أيضاً على ملحقين اثنين. بالنسبة للمشكلات التي ناقشها الكتاب، فهي:
1) مشكلة البطالة بين الباحثين عن العمل والوزارة
2) مشكلة الإنهيار السريع للمشاريع التجارية والشركات
3) مشكلة الإنتشار الواسع للعادات والسلوكيات غير الصحية
بالنسبة لملحقات الكتاب، فالملحق الأول عبارة عن مقدمة وبعض التفاصيل الخاصة بالتحول الرقمي في الأعمال التجارية. وهو عبارة عن تلخيص ومراجعة لدورة علمية حول ذلك الموضع. أما الملحق الثاني من الكتاب، فهو عبارة عن بعض الشذرات المتعلقة بعلم النفس الحديث.
