طريقة التحضير
- خلط الزبدة باستخدام العجانة، ثمَّ إضافة السكر، وصفار البيضة، والفانيليا، وعين الجمل، والدقيق، والقهوة سريعة الذوبان بعد إذابتها في الماء حتى يتجانس الخليط.
- توزيع الخليط على ورق الزبدة في صينية الفرن، وتغميس قطع من عين الجمل فيها، ثمَّ إدخالها في الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 12 دقيقة.
- رش الوجه ببودرة السكر.
