1- نسبة مطابقته للقراء في السور والآيات والكلمات.
2- نسبة مطابقته للقراء في التنقيط والتشكيل الإعرابي.
3- موافقته لشعبة فيما نقله عن حفص مما خالف القاعدة.
4- نسبة موافقته لشعبة فيما روياه عن عاصم.
5- نسبة تفرده بما قرأه مقارنة بالآخرين من الرواة والطرق.
6- نسبة موافقته للأغلبية في مواضع الخلاف بين القراء.
7- رواية الثقات للقرآن عنه بما يعد توثيقاً منهم له.
8- قول علماء الجرح والتعديل في حقه.
