نازك سابا يارد (مواليد عام 1928) كاتبة فلسطينية يحفل رصيدها بعشرات الكتب في مجال النقد الأدبي، تناولت فيها شعراء عرب من مختلف المدارس والعصور من العباسي أبي نواس إلى شاعر المهجر اللبناني الياس أبو شبكة.
وقد اعتُمدَت أطروحتها 'الرحالون العرب وحضارة الغرب في النهضة العربية الحديثة' مرجعًا في جامعة السوربون في فرنسا.
ورغم نجاح كتاباتها النقدية، لم تغفل يارد الكتابة الإبداعية فأصدرت بعض الروايات كما كتبت قصصًا للناشئة بعد أن قضت زهاء ثلاثين عامًا من عمرها في مهنة التدريس.تعيش اليوم في بيروت وهي عضو في 'تجمع الباحثات اللبنانيات'.
Book Description
رواية للناشئين للفئة العمرية ما بين 10 و 14 عاماً، وتتألف من ثلاثة عشر فصلاً أبطالها "سامر"، تلميذ إحدى المدارس، ووالدته ورفاقه ومعلماته. الرواية تربوية هادفة وتتميز بأسلوبها البعيد عن لغة الوعظ والإرشاد المباشرة وبحبكتها المشوقة وعناوين فصولها اللافتة. في هذا الكتاب تبرز نازك سابا يارد المعلمة والمربية والروائية، وكذلك يبدو بوضوح أسلوبها المميز الذي يتعلم القارئ من خلاله التعبير عن أفكاره بإيجاز، وبلغة فصيحة ولكنها غير معقدة ولا متكلفة. بالإضافة الى إغناء قاموسه بالمزيد من المفردات العربية السليمة. وبالإضافة الى متعة القراءة، تتيح رواية "سامر" للقارئ الكثير من المعلومات الجغرافية عن قرى وبلدات لبنانية، وعن بعض مصانع الألبان والأجبان عبر الوصف الدقيق لتلك الأماكن من خلال رحلات يقوم بها سامر ورفاقه. ويحتوي الكتاب العديد من الصور التوضيحية وكذلك صور بعض الأثار الفينيقية والرومانية المتفرقة. كتابٌ يجمع متعة التسلية والتشويق الى الفائدة العلمية والتربوية واللغوية.
