نازك سابا يارد (مواليد عام 1928) كاتبة فلسطينية يحفل رصيدها بعشرات الكتب في مجال النقد الأدبي، تناولت فيها شعراء عرب من مختلف المدارس والعصور من العباسي أبي نواس إلى شاعر المهجر اللبناني الياس أبو شبكة.
وقد اعتُمدَت أطروحتها 'الرحالون العرب وحضارة الغرب في النهضة العربية الحديثة' مرجعًا في جامعة السوربون في فرنسا.
ورغم نجاح كتاباتها النقدية، لم تغفل يارد الكتابة الإبداعية فأصدرت بعض الروايات كما كتبت قصصًا للناشئة بعد أن قضت زهاء ثلاثين عامًا من عمرها في مهنة التدريس.تعيش اليوم في بيروت وهي عضو في 'تجمع الباحثات اللبنانيات'.

"نازك سابا يارد" الأديبة والناقدة اللبنانية تحكي في هذه القصة الشيقة قصة ندى الفتاة الطيبة الضائعة في بحار الألغاز، والخفايا، التائقة إلى المرح والسعادة مع أولاد خالتها القاطنون في "بيت القمر" هذه المدينة الصغيرة التي شهدت في التاريخ القديم العديد من الأحداث ستشهد اليوم على محطات من حياة ندى محطات غامضة، حدثت مع أمها ووالدها. فما هي الأسرار التي تخفيها خالة ندى؟ وما أسباب موت والدتها؟ وما سر حبها لصيدا والإلحاح على زيارتها؟ على هذه الأسئلة وغيرها تجيب الرواية بأسلوب شيق لطيف يجذب القارئ الناشئ ويمتعه.
تزور ندى خالتها في "دير القمر" وتنزل مع أولاد خالتها إلى "صيدا". تكتشف وجهاً جديداً لهذه الخالة، واشياء جديدة عن أمها الميتة. ولكن بين "دير القمر" و"صيدا" تتابع أيضاً المغامرات: حفلة تنكّرية، لغز شخص غامض مقنّع، اختفاء خليل الصغير:هل ضاع؟ هل خُطِف؟ ويتابع القارئ بشغف هذه وغيرها من المغامرات حتى نهاية القصّة.
