هذا مختصر في أحكام تعدد الزوجات سميته (مسائل في تعدد الزوجات) وهو عبارة عن مجموعة من الأسئلة والأجوبة التي رأى الباحث أنه من الواجب على كل معدد وعلى كل مريد للتعدد أن يفقهها وكذلك المرأة ذات الزوج المعدد لتعرف ما لها وما عليها من أحكام شرعية في موضوع تعدد الزوجات.
وسبب كتابه لبحثه لهذا الموضوع هو تيسير الله تعالى له بأن ولجت باب التعدد، فتفاجأ بمسائل لا بد له من بحثها فأخذت بحث كل مسألة تطرأ عليه، ثم شرعت في جمعها لهذا الكتاب.
هذا وقد كتب كتابه هذا على شكل سؤال وجواب ليتسنى للقارئ أن يفهم الحكم الشرعي في المسألة موثقة بأقوال العلماء من السلف والخلف، وحاول ألا يصعب العبارة بل يسهلها بقدر الإمكان ليفهم المقصد المتخصص وغيره.
وقد جمعت المسائل التي ذكرها في مقدمة الكتاب مرتبة على حسب الفصول التي يذكرها. كما أنه في مقجمة كتابه جعلت صفحة خاصة يذكر فيها بعض الوصايا للمعددين وزوجات المعددين، تعمد ذكرها بعض أ، خاض تجربة التعدد وجلس مع كثير من المعددين، واستمع إلى شكاوى كثير من زوجات المعددين وذلك بحكم عمله في الشؤون الإسلامية والإجابة على أسئلة المتصلين.
