أحب تعريف نفسى كأم لأربعة أطفال ، عند حملى فى طفلى الأول بدأت في القراءة والتعلم عن التربية ولكن بعد الإنجاب كانت هناك فجوة كبيرة بين ما أتعلمه وما أستطيع تطبيقه وظللت هكذا حتى قررت دراسة التربية الإيجابية ، ومن أساسيات التربية الإيجابية تعريف مشاعر الطفل وكان هذا تحديًا كبيرًا بالنسبة لي فكيف أعرف مشاعر طفلى ؟ فأنا لاأعرف كيف أقوم بذلك لنفسى !! وهنا قررت بناء نفسى من جديد والتعلم أكثر عن الشعور وركزت في التعلم عن الأمر واكتشاف نفسى من جديد. تعلمت كيفية التعامل مع مشاعرى وافكارى وكيف يمكن ادراتها ودرست الطب الشعوري التصنيفي القائم على ان كل مرض عضوي أصله وجذره اضطراب في الشعور. وبعد سنوات من التركيز في هذا الطريق استفقت على أنى لم أعد أحتاج التعلم اكثر عن التربية ولم أعد فى حاجة لبذل جهد للتعامل مع أولادي وتربيتهم فعزمت على مشاركة تجربتى وأضع شيئًا منها في هذا الكتاب وأشاركها كذلك فى صفحتى على انستجرام
