نشر عشرات المقالات المؤلفة والمترجمة في الشعر والنقد الأدبي والفلسفة والجمال
في الدوريات المصرية والعربية.

يشكل الجدل جناحاً من جناحي تفكيري منذ جعلت الكلمة أُفُقاً لي قبل أن تبدأ خمسينات هذا القرن... إن طائر الفكر لا يستطيع إلا أن يطير بجناحي الجدل والحرية... الجدل سعي الإنسان الدائم نحو تحقيق الحرية، والحرية إذا لم تكن حرية جدلية تحولت إلى معتقدية وجمود... وهذا ما يشكل معاركي النقدية التي خضتها لحوالي ثلاثين عاماً...
وهذه الدراسات هي بيان من منظور هيجل، كيف أن الجوهري من الجدل هو رسالته لا تعريفه، ومن هنا يمكن أن يتعانق أفلاطون وأرسطو وابن رشد وهيجل وسارتر... وهي نقد لفكر زكي نجيب محمود غير الجدلي والمفتقد للمنظور التاريخي، وهي نقد لجارودي الذي هو مفكر ماركسي في ثياب براجماتية، وخطر أتباعه في تقييم ابن رشد كما فعل محمد عمارة...
وهي نقد للنزعة الطبيعية المعادية للجدل والتقدم كما يمثلها فؤاد زكريا.. وهي نقد لمن يتصور العقل معلقاً في عالم علوي مفارق... كما ظن عاطف العراقي، رغم إيمانه الشديد بالعقل.
وهذا العقل المفارق يجعله متباعداً عن العقل الجدلي الذي يشتغل على أرض الواقع...
ويبقى أن نتذكر جميعاً أن الجدل صناعة إنسانية وأنه ليس براعة منهجية تتم في فراغ، بل هو من أجل أن يصبح الإنسان إنساناً...
