المراكبي : من يتفكر في أقوال الناس وأفعالهم, يصل إلى نتيجة شبه يقينية مفادها أنهم يقولون شيئاً, ويفعلون نقيضه تماماً.. فتجدهم يشيدون بفلسفة المفكر الفلاني, وعمق أطروحاته, لكنهم لا يتابعون برامجه, ولا يقرأون إصداراته.. وفي المقابل ينتقدون أسلوب حياة الفنانة الفلانية, وسطحية أفكارها.. لكنهم في الوقت نفسه يتابعون كل أعمالها, ولا تفوتهم منها حلقة.
أنا شخصياً لا أندهش من هذا التناقض, وذلك لسبب جوهري.. هو أنه جزء أصيل من طبيعة البشر في كل الأماكن والأزمنة.. والكلام الذي أكتبه الآن, سبقني إليه عالم الاجتماع الكبير عبدالرحمن بن خلدون قبل ستة قرون, وربما علماء كثيرين قبله وبعده.. لذلك يجب أن نسلم أن طبائع البشر الأصيلة لا تتغير بشكل جذري, وإنما تتطور وتتحسن إذا وجدت ما يُساعدها على التطور والتحسين.
ويحدث كثيراً أن تبقى طبائع البشر كما هي, تراوح مكانها, إن لم تجد التغذية الفكرية والأخلاقية التي ترتقي بها إلى الأعلى.. ويحدث أيضاً أن تنتكس وتتوحش وتعود سنوات طويلة إلى الوراء إذا جاءت التغذية سلبية, وأسوأ حالاً من سابقاتها.
تأملوا في حال المجتمعات من حولنا.. بعضها حاضرها أفضل من ماضيها, وبعضها الآخر ماضيها أفضل من حاضرها.. والسبب كله يعود إلى طبيعة التغذية الفكرية والأخلاقية التي تعرض لها أفرادها.
