عامل كل من تصحبه أو يصحبك بما تعطيه رتبته: فعامل الله بالوفاء؛ لما عاهدته عليه من الإقرار بربوبيته عليك، وهو الصاحب بقول رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) . وعامل الآيات بالنظر فيها، وعامل ما تدركه الحواس منك بالاعتبار، وعامل الرسل بالقتداء بهم، وعامل الملائكة بالطهارة والذكر، وعامل الشيطان – إذا عرفت أنه شيطان من إنس وجان – بالمخالفة، وعامل الحفظة بحسن ما تملي عليهم، وعامل من هو أكبر منك بالتوقير، ومن هو أصغر منك بالرحمة، ومن هو كفؤك بالتجاوز والإنصاف والإيثار، وأن تطالب نفسك بحقه عليها، وترك حقك له.
وإياك أن تكون معنتًا، ولا متعنتًا، ولا منفرًا، ولا معسرًا، وكن ميسرًا، ومعلمًا، ومبشرًا.
