هذا هو الجزء الثاني من كتاب "أثقل من رضوى" (2013) والذي روت فيه الكاتبة تجربتها مع المرحلة الأولى من المرض والعلاج وما كان يجري في في مصر من أحداث بين عامي 2010 و 2013. في هذا النص تكتمل رضوى عاشور رواية تجربتها مع عودة المرض ومع ما جرى في مصر، وقد توقفت عن الكتابة في سبتمبر 2014 ووافتها المنية في 1 ديسمبر من العام نفسه.
وقد قمنا بنشر النص كوثيقة، كما هو، بدون أي تدخل من جانبنا، إلا من بعض الحواشي التي تشرح إشارات في النص تحيل إلى كتاب "أثقل من رضوى"، كما قد يجد القارئ والقارئة، رؤوس أقلام أو عناوين فصول، بعدها صفحة بيضاء، كانت الكاتبة تتأمل تتبعها أو الكتابة عنها ولم تفعل، كانت الكاتبة اختارت عنوان هذا الكتاب، وعينت الفصل الختامي منه، وإن كان تأملها لإضافة فصول داخلية فيه ظاهراً، وعلى غير العادة، لم تسمح الكاتبة لأسرتها وأصدقائها بالإطلاع على النص أثناء كتابته.
