Book Description
يقصد بالسلوك التنظيمي دراسة سلوك وأداء العاملين في المنظمة، وذلك باعتبار أنّ بيئة المنظمة لها تأثير كبير على سلوك وتصرفات العاملين، ومن ثم إنتاجهم.
ينصرف مفهوم السلوك التنظيمي إلى تفاعل العنصر البشري مع العناصر الأخرى في المنظمة والـتي تشمل التقنية المستخدمة فـي المنظمة، الهيكل التنظيمي، البيئة التنظيمية والبيئة الاجتماعية خارج المنظمة.
إن السلوك التنظيمي هو تطبيق جوانب المعرفة العلمية عن كيفية تفاعل العاملين في المنظمة كأفراد وجماعات داخل المنظمة، وذلك لهدف زيادة إنتاجية العاملين.
ومما سبق يستخلص الدكتور صلاح عبد الباقي التعريف التالي:
السلوك التنظيمي هو دراسة فهم سلوك العاملين في المنظمة، ويشمل ذلك: أسلوب تفكير وإدراك العاملين، شخصياتهم، دوافعهم للعمل، رضاهم الوظيفي، اتجاهاتهم وقيمهم، وكذلك ممارساتهم كأفراد أو مجموعات، وتفاعل هذا السلوك مع بيئة المنظمة، وذلك لتحقيق أهداف كل من العاملين والنظمة في نفس الوقت.
وكذلك يمكن تعريف السلوك التنظيمي بأنه "سلوك الأفراد داخل المنظمات".
