الدين حالة قلبية.. شعور.. إحساس باطنى بالغيب.. وإدراك مبهم, لكن مع إبهامه شديد الوضوح بأن هناك قوة خفية حكيمة مهيمنة عليا تدبر كل شئ
إحساس تام قاهر بأن هناك ذاتا عليا.. وأن المملكة لها ملك.. وأنه لا مهرب لظالم ولا إفلات لمجرم.. وأنك حر مسئول لم تولد عبثا ولاتحيا سدى وأن موتك ليس نهايتك.. وإنما سيعبر بك إلى حيث لاتعلم.. إلى غيب من حيث جئت من غيب.. والوجود مستمر.. وهذا الإحساس يورث الرهبة والتقوى والورع, ويدفع إلى مراجعة النفس ويحفز صاحبه لأن يبدع من حياته شيئا ذا قيمة ويصوغ من نفسه وجودا أرقى كل لحظة متحسبا لليوم الذى يلاقى فيه ذلك الملك العظيم.. مالك الملك.
وينزل القرآن للتعريف بهذا الملك العظيم.. ملك الملوك.. وبأسمائه الحسنى وصفاته وأفعاله وآياته ووحدانيته. ويأتى محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام ليعطى المثال والقدوة وذلك لتوثيق الأمر وتماما الكلمة. ولكن يظل الإحساس بالغيب هو روح العبادة وجوهر الأحكام والشرائع, وبدونه لاتعنى الصلاة ولا تعنى الزكاة شيئا.
ولقد أعطى محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام القدوة والمثال للمسلم الكامل, كما أعطى المثال للحكم الإسلامى والمجتمع الإسلامى.. لكن محمدا عليه الصلاة والسلام وصحبه كانوا مسلمين فى مجتمع قريش الكافر.. فبيئة الكفر. ومناخ الكفر لم يمنع أيا منهم من ان يكون مسلما تام الإسلام. وعلى المؤمن أن يدعو إلى الإيمان, ولكن لايضره ألا يستمع أحد, ولايضره أن يكفر من حوله. إن العمدة فى مسألة الدين والتدين هى الحالة القلبية ماذا يشغل القلب.. وماذا يجول بالخاطر؟ وبم تتعلق الهمة؟.
