كاتب قصة من مواليد 1969 بمدينة مراكش بالمغرب، حاصل على الإجازة في الآداب- تخصص فلسفة، أستاذ لمادة الفلسفة بالتعليم الثانوي التأهيلي، صدرت له ثلاث مجموعات قصصية، هي: قبض الريح، البيت الرمادي، كتاب الأسرار. حاصل على جوائز عديدة في القصة القصيرة، من بينها جائزة الشارقة للإبداع العربي، وجائزة مبارك الدريبي

"كتاب الأسرار" هو الأضمومة القصصية الثالثة للقاص المغربي عبد اللطيف النيلة، بعد "قبض الريح"، الأضمومة القصصية الحائزة على جائزة الشارقة للإبداع العربي سنة 2005، و"البيت الرمادي" الأضمومة القصصية الصادرة سنة 2008. صدر "كتاب الأسرار" ضمن سلسلة كنانيش مراكش، سنة 2017، وهو يضم بين دفتيه القصص التالية:
