الطبيب النفساني د.علي كمال الفلسطيني المقيم في بغداد. وتوفي فيها بعد ربع قرن من اقامته, كان يمارس الكتابة الثقافية بأقتصاد شديد على فترات متباعدة,الى جانب عمله في مجال الطب. سئل مرة من بعض اصدقائه المثقفين: لماذا انت مقل في الكتابة والنشر؟ فأجابهم: كلما هممت ان أكتب شيئا جديدا خطر في بالي وتفكيري, أجد غيري من المثقفين والأدباء سبقني اليه واجاد الكتابة فيه افضل مني, فأمزق اوراقي التي كنت كتبتها. في هذا الكتاب تنويعة شظايا مراّة متناثرة أعتمدت فيها مقولة الدكتور علي كمال بفارق اني حاولت عرض افكار غيري التي أعجبتني رصانتها وحيويتها وجديتها في تداخل وتعليق مني مباشر تارة, او في عدم التعليق عليها تارة أخرى. تحسبا مني ان غيري ربما لم يطلع عليها.وان التعليق عليها سيفسد رصانتها الفكرية المميزة.
