يُعدُّ الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا ثمرة فِكرة قديمة راودتنا منذ عقدٍ من الزمن وتحديداً في شهر شباط (فبراير) 2008، من خلال مقالٍ قمنا بكتابته بعنوان: (الشيعة وزعامة العالم الإسلامي الجديد)، نُشر لاحقاً في المواقع الإلكترونية المختلفة، وتمَّ ترجمته تلقائياً إلى اللغتين: الإنكليزية والفارسية. وكان الهدف الأساس من وراء كتابتنا لذلك المقال تنبيه العرب لِما وصلوا إليه من انحطاطٍ سياسيٍّ وفِكري، ولكي يحاولوا بذل جهداً في تطوير قدراتهم العسكرية، رغم إيماننا المطلق بعدم جدوى المذاهب الدينية التي ستؤدّي –لا محالة -إلى إضعاف المسلمين لحساب أعدائهم الذين يتربّصون بهم الدوائر، لا سيّما عدوّهم المشترك "الكيان الإسرائيلي". فالإسلام الذي نعرفه ونؤمن به منذ نعومة أظافرنا -حسب الدعوة التي نزلت على سيّد المرسلين محمد بن عبد الله - هو إسلامٌ بلا مذاهب. فإنْ تخلّصنا نحن كمسلمون من آفة الانتماء المذهبي فسوف يتغيّر عالمنا الإسلامي بكل تأكيد نحو الأفضل، ولنترك لله تعالى وحده الحُكم بيننا فيما نختلف فيه من قضايا خلافية لا طائل من وراءها.
