-"أعمامي اللصوص" تضم قصصا كتبتها على مدى عقد من السنوات تقريبا، بدأت بأول قصة منها أوائل عام 1992 وانتهيت من كتابة آخر قصة نهاية عام 2002، لذلك جاءت القصص متنوعة ،تضم بين قصصها ما يتحدث عن جيل جديد لقطاع الطرق في العراق ، ظهروا خلال سنوات الحصار والاحتلال - تم احتلال الجزء الغربي من العراق 1991 من قبل قوات تحرير الكويت لفترة عام كامل قبل الاحتلال الكامل لتربة العراق الطاهرة عام 2003 من قبل أمريكا وبريطانيا وحلفائهما - وعن انتشار أفكار حديثة حول اللصوصية واللؤم والبخل وطرقها، وقد أفلحت تلك المدارس بظهور تلك المجاميع من الذئاب البشرية التي أفلحت بسرقة كل مرافق الدولة بعد سقوط هذه الأخيرة عام 2003، وقد تحدثت في قصص أخرى تحكي عن ناس شرفاء تصوفوا في حياتهم بفعل سنوات الحصار والحروب القاسية التي مرت على العراق فوجدوا في الموت ضالتهم وسعادتهم.
