تتضمن هذه الكراسة مجموعة مقالات تصب في ميدان دراسة التراث المخطوط: وهي مُقسمة إلى قسمين:
القسم الأول: دراسة لنصوص مخطوطة، وقفنا عليها كوثائق فريدة، أو أجزاء من كتب مخطوطة، خاصة في الكناشات وطرر المصنفات، ضبطناها على شكل مقالات عالجت المصادر التالية: نص تمليك مخطوط للشيخ محمد الميلود بن علي أبو طالب المعسكري ثم الشامي، رسالة من الشيخ المذكور إلى الشيخ علي بن الحاج الجزائري، نص إخبار الشيخ المناعي عن رحلة الشيخ أبي راس الناصر المعسكري إلى تونس، تخميس العلامة عبد الرحمن بن أبي معزة لقصيدة الشيخ العربي الدمناتي في مدح باي وهران، تقريظ الشيخ الطيب بن عبد الرحمن لتأليف الشيخ الإمام محي الدين بن مصطفى الحسني المسمى "إرشاد المريدين إلى طريق الواصلين".
أما القسم الثاني فهو قراءة وتقديم ودراسة لبعض المخطوطات المصنفة، وهي: مخطوط "إرشاد المريدين إلى طريق الواصلين" للإمام الشيخ محي الدين بن مصطفى المختاري الحسني، مخطوط "كناشة القاضي شعيب الجليلي التلمساني"، مخطوط "تقييد نسب المشارف" للشيخ محمد المشرفي المعسكري الفاسي.
