الراصد الوطني للنشر والقراءة (رونق المغرب O.N.E.L)، جمعية ثقافية مستقلة، تأسس بتاريخ 27 يناير 2013 بمدينة طنجة.
يسعى الراصد الوطني جاهدا إلى دعم الكتاب من خلال تنظيم مجموعة من الأنشطة ذات الصلة محليا وجهويا ووطنيا (معارض وطنية، منتديات جهوية، ندوات، موائد مستديرة، حفلات توقيع الكتب،مسابقات، ورشات إبداعية، لفائدة تلاميذ المؤسسات التعليمية ونزلاء المؤسسات السجنية..) وكذا المشاركة في المعارض الدولية والجهوية بالمغرب.
وقد خاض تجربة النشر منذ 2014 من خلال نشر ودعم مجموعة من الإصدارات في: القصة، الشعر، الرواية، النقد، المسرح، الترجمة، الأنثربولوجيا... وهي تجربة حرص فيها "رونق المغرب" على تتبع مختلف مراحلها، انطلاقا من تقييم الأعمال الموجهة للنشر من طرف لجنة القراءة وتنقيحها، مرورا بالترويج الإعلامي والتوزيع، وصولا إلى الاحتفاء بها نقديا وتقريبه من القارئ.
وعلى الرغم من الصعوبات والإكراهات المادية، استطاع "رونق المغرب" بفضل جهود طاقمه الإداري والتقني من خلق حركة ثقافية جادة وهادفة في مجال النشر والقراءة، وفق مشروع ورؤية ثقافية واضحة.

صدر عن الراصد الوطني للنشر والقراءة، طبعة 2016 ، كتاب: مقدمات في نقد الثقافة الشعبية: الرأسمال اللامادي بين التنميط الفلكلوري والاستثمار التنموي، للباحث المغربي الدكتور محمد شداد الحراق، في 119 صفحة من الحجم المتوسط.
ينطلق هذا العمل من قناعة أساسية ترى أن أي منجز نقدي للتراث الشعبي يحمل في ذاته رسالة تصحيحية للمشهد الثقافي، ويساهم في تقديم خدمة علمية لتراث الأمة عبر تشريح الظواهر الفنية والموروثات الثقافية، وعبر إضاءة جوانبها وتشريح موادها بغية ضبط مواطن الخلل فيها وتطهير كيانها من كل الأجسام الطفيلية الغريبة التي تلوّث صفاءها أو تعيق تحقيق وظائفها التربوية والجمالية والحضارية. مما سيساهم لا محالة في إخراجه من دائرة الإبداع الفلكلوري العفوي والبسيط المفصول عن جذوره التاريخية وعن فلسفته وعن عمقه الفكري، وسيؤدي حتما إلى تصحيح صورته الجريحة وإلى ترميم كيانه المتصدع، حتى يصبح إرث السلف علامة إبداعية ورمزية حية ودالة على الثقافة الحقيقية للإنسان في هذا الوطن، ورافعة للتنمية، ومصدر فخر واعتزاز للناشئة ، تستمد منه الأجيال القادمة قيم الخير والجمال والعبقرية، وتتشرّب منه روح الإبداع وهوس الخلق وألق الابتكار.
