ويبحث الكتاب في جميع الحركات الكردية المسلحة في العراق وقيادتها وإحباطاتها، ويقدم الأفكار والتحليل وينشر الحقائق والوقائع بتمامها وبشكل وثائقي مع التحليل السياسي.
ويولي الكتاب اهتماماً خاصاً لدور حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي في خصوصية "القضية الكردية" في العراق وموقفه من الأكراد وشعوب المنطقة جمعاء، فيميط اللثام عن مدى تمسك هذا الحزب التاريخي الكبير بالتآخي مع هذه الشعوب ودعم قضاياها ومساندتها، ويقدم الأدلة والوثائق والبراهين في مواجهة إشكال الدس والخدع والتضليل الذي تتعرض له مسيرته الثورية على مستوى الوطن العربي لاسيما سورية والعراق، وتأكيده على عدالة القضية الكردية ومشروعيتها، ومدى تعاطف الحزب معها بوصفها إحدى قضايا الشعوب في توقها لحريتها واستقلالها الوطني.
