البعض لا بد أن يتساءل: كيف الحديث عن النظام الإقليمي الشرق الأوسطي الجديد في الوقت الراهن؟ ألا يعني هذا رفضاً لمنطقين: أولهما، دوائر الصراع الذي خلقه الوجود الصهيوني بالمنطقة. وثانيهما، بأن الصراع في المنطقة بين العرب من جهة، وبين الصهاينة من جهة أخرى، هو صراع وجود.
ومن منطلق تجاوزنا لما سبق ذكره، تأتي هذه الدراسة عن النظام الإقليمي للشرق أوسطي الجديد على فرضية الحديث عن التعايش والسلام، بحيث أضحت فكرة التعايش وتحقيق السلام أمراً واقعاً في المنطقة، وبذلك نفتح الباب للنقاش.
إن عملية التسميم السياسي التي يخضع لها المواطن العربي لها أبعادها المتعددة ونماذجها المتباينة، منها عملية زرع القيم الاقتصادية وما ترتبط بالتنمية وإعادة تشكيل القيم التي تسيطر على المجتمع العربي في هذه اللحظة، وزرع ما يسمى بقيم الرفاهية والرخاء إذا ما تحقق النظام الإقليمي الشرق أوسطي الجديد، الذي لا يعني في نظرنا سوى إحدى نماذج التسميم السياسي.
إن تقوية وتضخيم هذه القيم لا بد وأن يخدم الاستراتيجية الصهيونية في الأمد البعيد لذا جاء هذا الكتاب ليكشف المخططات الصهيونية للسيطرة على المنطقة العربية.
