لا مساواة ولا حرية بعد اليوم في ظل دول صغيرة، فيما المجالان تترسخ يوم بعد يوم على كوكبنا. الدولة هي مؤسسة مصطنعة في الأساس. لننظر شطر مسألة الحدود، المصطنعة دوماً، أنها تشكلت في غالبية الحالات إثر حروب واستعمار واحتلال الأقوى للأضعف. ثم أنه لماذا دولة مع حدود مادية ومعنوية مقفلة على الآخر، فيما لا الأديان (المسيحية والإسلام وغيرها الكثير) بشرت بالدولة ولا شتى الفلسفات العريقة آمنت بها.
ولا ديمقراطية ولا حرية ولا مساواة في ظل نظام رأسمالي فالت. جرت محاولة جادة لتشييد أنظمة اشتراكية علمية. لماذا فشلت؟ وما هي طبيعة النظام العالمي الجديد الذي يجري تسويقه بديلاً متغطرساً لهذا الفكر الاشتراكي العريق الذي قدم الملايين من الشرفاء دماءهم من أجل قيامه؟ لا حرية ولا ديمقراطية ولا مساواة في مجتمع يرى في المرأة إنساناً دونياً. رغم أن البحث يتناول المرأة اللبنانية فإن التقاطه كبير مع حالتها في مجمل الأقطار العربية.
