هذا هو الجزء الأول من كتابه "نظرات في قضايا قانونية" ويحوي بين دفتيه بعض الموضوعات التي كان يحويها كتابي "أبحاث وآراء قانونية" الصادر في العام 1986 وهي: 1-ألعاب القمار وآثارها. 2-هل تجوز ملاحقة الجزائية بجرائم الإفلاس قبل صدور حكم بشهر الإفلاس عن المحكمة البدائية المدنية المختصة؟، 3-متى تبدأ المواعيد القانونية لطرق الطعن ضد الحكم الصادر برد دعوى الإفلاس؟، 4-ضد من يجب على المفلس أن يوجه استئنافه للحكم الذي قضى بشهر إفلاسه؟، ضد وكيل التفليسة؟، أم ضد الدائن طالب شهر الإفلاس؟، أن ضدهما معاً؟، 5-هل تعتبر المدرسة مؤسسة تجارية؟، 6-جزاء عدم شهر الشركات التضامنية، 7-هل يجوز تظهير الأوراق التجارية تظهيراً جزئياً؟، 8-جولة مع الاجتهاد القضائي في موضوع تقليد العلامة الفارقة أو تشبيهها -1-، 9-جولة مع الاجتهاد القضائي في موضوع تقليد العلامة الفارقة أو تشبيهها -2-، 10-المنافسة غير المشروعة في التجارة عن طريق تقليد العلامة الفارقة أو تشبيهها. 11-المسؤولية الدولية عن الأعمال التشريعية، 12-المسؤولية الدولية بسبب الأعمال الإدارية، 13-مسؤولية الدولة عن أعمال السلطة القضائية ومخاصمة القضاة.
وما هذه الموضوعات التي جاءت في هذا الجزء الأول والتي سوف تليها موضوعات متممة لها في الجزء الثاني إلا من وحي الخاطر وإنتاج الفكر. دراسات ود المؤلف بإبرازها الإسهام في النشاط الحقوقي وإذكاء روح البحث القانوني وغرس حب الثقافة الحقوقية القانونية ونشر آثارها.
