"ليس من أجل الموناليزا" مجموعة شعرية تضم إثنا عشر نصاً، نقرأ فيها رؤية بشير البكر الخاصة إلى الحياة بذاكرة مثقلة بتداعيات التجربة، مراوحة ما بين الحلم والواقع وذلك بمحاذاة لحظات قد تبدو أكثر إشراقاً، بحيث نراه يعيد تشكيل صورة الواقع على نحو مغاير، فتارة سيشعر بإطمئنان وسكينة وتارة أخرى بقلق. وفقاً لفضاءات النصوص التي ينبثق بعضها عن البعض الآخر. فنراه يقول في قصيدة "لكن": أينما كنت/ في كل موجة قلقة/ فوق الأوراق اليابسة/ برفق/ كقطرة مطر تنزلق/ فوق خيط الضوء/ في عتمة الصباح الأولى/ في الخريف/ حين يحترق الزمن/ وراء لهاثنا/ في ليل مديد. فهو في كل هذا يختبر جدوى الحضور والغياب من خلال إصراره على إكتشاف العلاقة بين لغته الشعرية وعوالمه، في مفرداته ورؤيته ودلالتها، لنقرأ نصوصه والذي عبر فيها عن شعرية خالصة، وشاعر أضاف للشعر معنى ودلالة خاصة ميزته عن شعراء جيله.
