مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد السادس عشر من هذه المجلة حيث يعرض لجملة من القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم اللبنانية المتعلقة بـ: الاعتراض على التنفيذ يبقى ممكناً، رغم مرور مهلة الإنذار، طالما أن التنفيذ لم يشرف على نهايته، اعتراض على تنفيذ اتفاقية أتعاب، اعتراض على تنفيذ –وجوب تقديمه ضمن المهلة القانونية وإثبات ذلك، اعتماد مستندي –كيفية تسديده- شروط التمثيل، بطلان زواج بداعي الغلط في صفة جوهرية في الزواج موازية للغلط في الصفة، تحكيم –إثبات إبداء المحكم رأيه مسبقاً في القضية المعين فيها، بواسطة التسجيل المغناطيسي، غير جائز إلا إذا تم التسجيل بصورة مشروعة، تنفيذ –وقفه لأسباب جدية، حجز احتياطي –شروط الترخيص به، حجز احتياطي –إنابة قضائية سورية بالحجز- رفض تنفيذها، حجز احتياطي –اعتراض عليه- مفهوم الطلب الجديد والسبب، عجلة –غصب شقة في عقار من قبل الصهر- عدم اختصاص القضاء المستعجل، محاولة قتل –معتوه- ثبوت الجنون عند اقتراف الفعل- إعلان عدم المسؤولية، مخدرات وترويج دولارات مزورة، مخدرات –شروط توافر عناصر الجريمة، مسؤولية المصرف عن عدم دفع قيمة شيك لدى عرضه.
