تتسم الكثير من القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم المختلفة بكونها نهائية، ولكن القانون ينص على آلية لاستعادة هذه القرارات، وهذا الأمر من مبتكرات الاجتهاد وهي عملية تنظمها ضوابط اجتهادية، وما تسعى إليه مجلة "القرارات الكبرى" في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن هو الاعتناء بنشر أهم هذه الأحكام والقرارات الصادر عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد التاسع عشر من هذه المجلة وهو يقع في بابين الأول مخصص للدراسات ويتضمن دراسة باللغة الفرنسية جاءت تحت بعنوان La copie privee، أما القسم الثاني من الكتاب فهو يعرض لجملة من القراءات الصادرة عن المحاكم اللبنانية والمتعلقة بـ: استرداد المأجور للضرورة العائلية، استملاك إسقاط المحاكمة الجزائية الغيابية بمرور الزمن، إعادة محاكمة، تزوير طوابع أميرية وترويجها وسرقة أثناء الاجتياح الإسرائيلي، سرقة بواسطة الكسر والخلع، فعل مناف للحشمة، وفي الكتاب أيضاً نص قانون رقم 288 الصادر بتاريخ 22 شباط 1994 والمتعلق بالآداب الطبية.
