مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد الثامن والعشرون من هذه المجلة حيث يعرض لجملة من القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم اللبنانية المتعلقة بـ: استئناف قرار دون ضم صورة طبق الأصل عنه –رده ورد طلب وقف التنفيذ، استملاك تخطيطي-عدم التنفيذ لا يعني العدول عنه، بطلان زواج لداعي النقص في الرضى والتلجئة الكاملة من قبل الزوجة، حجز بأقل مما هو مطلوب –كيفية المراجعة ضد القرار، رجوع عن الدعوى والحق –تأثيره على الرسم المدفوع، رفض الاعتراف بقرار تحكيمي –طلب إعطائه الصيغة التنفيذية يخضع للرسم المقطوع، قرار رجائي –كيفية استئنافه، قرار رجائي –مدى قابليته للطعن، محكم –طلب رده- إمكانية الطعن بالقرار- شروط قبول الرد، محكم –طلب رده- سبق الفصل في الدعوى- حجية القرار، مرسوم تعديل حقائب وزارية –الطعن به- رده لعدم الصلاحية، مساكنة –طلب الزوج إلزام زوجته بالمساكنة والعودة إلى المنزل الزوجي، مشكلة تنفيذية –طلب وقف التنفيذ- شروط تلبيته، مصالحة –تدوينها أمام المحكمة- شروطها- مفاعيلها، نفقة طلب تعديلها بسبب الظروف المعيشية، نفقة –طلب تعديلها- رد الطلب إذا انتفت الشروط والأسباب المبررة، هجر –انقضاء مدته بدون إصلاح ذات الشأن، هجر –إلزام الزوجة بالمساكنة والعودة، هجر –نفقة وحراسة قاصر.
