تتسم الكثير من القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم المختلفة بكونها نهائية، ولكن القانون ينص على آلية لاستعادة هذه القرارات، وهذا الأمر من مبتكرات الاجتهاد وهي عملية تنظمها ضوابط اجتهادية، وما تسعى إليه مجلة "القرارات الكبرى" في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن هو الاعتناء بنشر أهم هذه الأحكام والقرارات الصادر عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد الخامس والثلاثون من هذه المجلة وهو يقع في بابين الأول مخصص للدراسات ويتضمن دراسة عن نظام المصلحة المركزية للعملاء المتخلفين عن الإيفاء، ويبحث في "المعلومات المطلوبة من مصرف لبنان ليس فيها أي سر مصرفي.
أما القسم الثاني من الكتاب فهو يعرض لجملة من القرارات التي صدرت والمتعلقة بـ: إجارة صيفية تخفي إجارة سنوية، الطعن بالقرار التحكيمي يوقف تنفيذه، تحكيم مطلق -شروط طلب إبطال القرار التحكيمي، تدبير مؤقت -قاضي العجلة صالح لاتخاذه رغم وجود تحكيم، تنفيذ -استيفاء ضريبة- مدى اختصاص قضاء التنفيذ، تنفيذ حكم لقاء كفالة -عدم جواز استرجاعها وإيداع قيمتها، حجز احتياطي -رفض إلقائه على أموال غير المدين الظاهر، سرقة -محاولة بواسطة التسلق، شفعة -مفهوم عبارة ملحقات الثمن -شروط الإنذار، قتل عن عمد -محاولة -مفهوم الجريمة السياسية، مشكلة تنفيذية متعلقة بالإجراءات.
