مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد التاسع والثلاثون من هذه المجلة وفيه قرارات صدرت بـ: إبطال مرسوم حل مجلس النواب لعلة عدم دعوة الهيئات الناخبة إلى الاقتراع ضمن المهلة الدستورية الملزمة، إساءة أمانة واختلاس –مسؤولية الهيئات المعنوية جزائياً عن أعمال مديريها وأعضاء إدارتها. دعوى الحق العام وفرعون/الديماسي وبنك الريف، استملاك –زمن وكيفية تحديد التعويض- شروطه إعادة النظر فيه، دعوى الرامي/وزارة الدفاع الوطني، استملاك –عدم جواز إبطال المرسوم بسبب عدم تنفيذه ضمن مهلة الخمس سنوات- تحديد التعويض بالأسعار الرائجة بتاريخ صدور القرار الاستئنافي، يتحمل المستملك ضده الرسوم والمصاريف سواء ربح الدعوى أو خسرها، دعوى مصلح/وزارة الأشغال العامة، تبني طفل لبناني من قبل عائلة أجنبية –قيد التبني في سجل النفوس العائد إلى الطفل المتبني، دعوى شرنيكوف، حضانة وحراسة الطفل –حق المحكمة متابعة ومراقبة الإشراف على تنفيذ القرار إلى أن يصدر قرارها المتعلق بالطلاق، دعوى غريب/شحيت، حق مرور –تحديده- عدم التعويض عنه إذا انتفى عنصر الضرر، دعوى شديد المشعلاني، نقل قيد من سجل المهاجرين إلى سجل المقيمين –لا صلاحية للقضاء العدلي، دعوى الدولة اللبنانية/حرب والنيابة العامة.
