مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد الخمسون من هذه المجلة وفيه قرارات صدرت بـ: إجارة -استثمار محطة بنزين بعد تجيزها من قبل مالكي العقار -وصف العقد، إجارة ذات بدلات هالكة -الحكم ببدل جديد بعد انتهاء مدة العقد، استرداد للضرورة العائلية -واجب حصوله إذا ثبتت حاجة المالك إلى المأجور، استرداد للضرورة العائلية -كيفية تفسير شروط توافرها، استرداد للضرورة العائلية المبنية على الخطبة -رد الدعوى، استرداد للضرورة العائلية -ابن موجود خارج البلاد- عدم العودة الفعلية- رد الدعوى، استرداد المأجور -عدم استعماله وفقاً للغاية التي استرد من أجلها تعويض إضافي، إجارة -إسقاط من التمديد بسبب التغيير في وجهة الاستعمال، تغيير وجهة الاستعمال -إلزام المستأجر التقييد بحرفية العقد -الحكم بتعويض، إشغال مالك الغير بسبب تهجير الشاغل من مأجوره لا يبرر الاحتلال، إيداع البدلات ضمن المهلة وإرسالها بواسطة حوالة بريدية -لا إسقاط، ترك المأجور -سبل إثباته- تعزيزه بأدلة أخرى،ترك المأجور لأسباب أمنية -عدم توافر هذه الأسباب- إسقاط من التمديد، ترك المأجور لأسباب غير أمنية مدة سنة دون انقطاع -إسقاط، تمليك بالأفضلية في ظل القانون رقم 160/92- عدم صلاحية قاضي الإيجارات، تنازل عن المأجور -وجوب إثباته من قبل مدعيه تحت طائلة رد الدعوى، تنظيم عقد الإجارة من قبل صاحب حق الانتفاع -صحته-سريانه بوجه مالك الرقبة، تنظيم الإجارة من المستثمر -سريانها بوجه مالك الرقبة.
