مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد الثالث والستون من هذه المجلة وفيه قرارات صدرت بـ: الجنسية المباشرة والتجنس. ملاحظات حول مرسوم التجنس رقم 5247 تاريخ 20/6/1994، بقلم المحامي الياس أبو عيد، حقوق المدعى عليه في الدعوى الجزائية، بقلم المحامي الدكتور منيف حمدان، L’inexistence en procedure civile بقلم Louis Segur 2129، Doctrine 1968 J.C.P، إجارة –إثبات سنويتها- تضارب أقوال المؤجر- طرح اليمين المتممة على المستأجر، إجارة –استرداد للضرورة العائلية –شروطه- مقوماته، إجارة –الأحكام التي ترعى عودة المستأجر إلى المأجور، بيع –ثمن غير جدي- نية التبرع- لا بطلان للعقد، تحديد وتحرير –وجوب تقديم دعوى التصحيح ضمن المهلة القانونية- دعوى التعويض البدلي تبنى على الخداع، حسابات مصرفية –عدم جواز تحويلها من عملة إلى أخرى دون موافقة العميل الخطية، دعوى –حلول شخصي لورثة أو موصى لهم- طلب إبطال عقد بيع من قبل هؤلاء، سبق الادعاء والتلازم –شروط توافرهما- تنازل المدعي عن الدعوى صراحة أو ضمنياً، سرقة –استعمال مفتاح مسروق- لا يعتبر مفتاحاً مصنعاً، سرقة موصوفة –عناصرها- أركان التدخل وشروطه، علامة تجارية –تقليد- منافسة غير مشروعة –شروط الأخذ بالدعوى، محاكمة سقوطها بمضي المدة –بدء المهلة من تاريخ تقديم الاستحضار.
