مجلة "القرارات الكبرى في الاجتهاد اللبناني والمقارن" تعني بنشر أهم الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة عن القضاء اللبناني والأجنبي بغية إيصالها إلى القارئ كل شهر. فهي إذاً مجلة شهرية. وإذا كانت التسمية تدل على عناية المجلة بالأحكام والقرارات، فمما لا شك فيه أنه قد اهتم بتخصيص ركن منها للتشريع، وآخر للدراسات القانونية، كلما دعت الحاجة وتيسر ذلك.
هذا ولم تقصر المجلة على قرارات محكمة التمييز وحدها، بل جمعت الأحكام والقرارات، سواء كانت صادرة عن قسم أو غرفة بدائية أو استئنافية أو مجلس شورى أو مجلس عمل تحكيمي أو محكمين.
المهم أن يكون الحكم أو القرار نموذجياً، يتضمن من المبادئ ما يشبع نهم القارئ ويعطيه الجديد والمستحدث من أفواه القضاة الناطقين بالقانون. ومن البديهي القول أن الأحكام والقرارات سوف تطال كافة الميادين من مدنية وتجارية وجزائية وتحكيمية وإدارية.
وبين يدينا العدد الرابع والستون من هذه المجلة وفيه قرارات صدرت بـ: L’irrecevabilite des moyens nouveaux devant la cour de cassation en matiere civile par Jacques Voulet j.c.p 1973 doctrine 2544، أتعاب محاماة –المحكمة الصالحة هي التابع لها مقام المدعى عليه!؟، أتعاب محاماة –قانون تنظيم مهنة المحاماة لم يحدد الاختصاص المكاني –وجوب العودة إلى القواعد العامة- اختصاص نسبي، إجارة –طلب إسقاط الحق من التمديد القانوني بوجه سفير –حصانة قضائية رده، إفلاس –وفاة المدعى عليه- تدخل ورثته في المحاكمة- اعتزال التجارة قبل التوقف عن الدفع- كفالة الزوجة لدين زوجها، بناء في ملك الغير في الأراضي الممسوحة –إزالة التعدي عن طريق الحكم بهدم الإنشاءات، تقليد برامج معلوماتية –غش الزبائن لتحويلهم عن الشركة –ومزاحمة غير مشروعة، تقليد برامج معلوماتية –عدم تسجيل البرامج مسبقاً في دائرة حماية الملكية- انتفاء جرم التقليد، جنسية –اكتساب الوالد الجنسية اللبنانية- قيد الأولاد على خانة والدهم، قتل –محاولة- شروط الترصد والقصد والتصميم المسبق.
كما وضم الكتاب في بداية دراسة أعددها المحامي إلياس أبو عيد طرحت موضوع المحامي في مواجهة موكله من دعوى الأتعاب.
