ونظراً لأهمية أوراق العمل التي قدمت في هذا المؤتمر؟ فقد ارتأى توثيق هذه الأوراق في هذا الكتاب ليكون مرجعاً أمام المصرفيين العرب في الوقوف على آخر التطورات التي تؤثر في الصناعة المصرفية والتعرّف أكثر على متطلبات صيرفة الغد المبنية على شروط العمل المصرفي الحديث.
هذا وقد جاء ذلك مرتباً ضمن سبعة فصول هي: الفصل الأول: متطلبات التعاون المصرفي-الاقتصادي العربي. الفعّال للنجاح في عالم العولمة والتحرير التجاري والمالي. الفصل الثاني: خلق بورصات قوية في عصر الخصخصة. الفصل الثالث: تحفيز الاستثمار المباشر في المنطقة العربية عبر الشركات العربية المتعددة الجنسيات. الفصل الرابع: كيف نجدد مصارفنا العربية لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل. الفصل الخامس: الإطار الوقابي الفعّال لصيرفة القرن الحادي والعشرين. الفصل السادس: الاستثمار في العصر الإلكترونى. الفصل السابع: فرص الاستثمار والأعمال في سوريا. هذا ويحتوي الكتاب أيضاً على الرسوم البيانية والجداول التي تم تقديمها في المؤتمر من قبل المجتمعين.
