Book Description
"ابن زيدون" هو أبو الوليد أحمد بن عبد الله بن زيدون"، ولد في قرطبة وتثقف بهن وأسلس له الشعر قياده، وهو في العشرين من سنّه. ولما شبّت، في قُرطبة، تلك الثورة التي ذهبت بملك الأمويين والحموديين والعلوين اشترك فيها؛ ووصفه الفتح بن خاقان في "قلائده" بأنه كان زعيم الفتنة القرطبية.
وقد قرّبه أبو الحزم بن جهور، لما استولى على زمام الأمر؛ ومنحه لقب ذي الوزارتين. كان ابن زيدون كاتباً وشاعراً، وكان يلقب ببحتري الغرب تشبيهاً له ببحتري الشرق في روعة ديباجته وسمو خياله وحسن فنّه، غير أنه يتميز من بحتري الشرق بجمال وصفه للطبيعة، وإشراكه إياها في شعوره ولواعج شوقه، وألمه من فراق "ولادة بنت المستكفي"؛ كما أنه يتميّز بنعومة غزله وبراعته في تصوير اختلاجات نفسه ولوعته، ومزجه الغزل بوصف الطبيعة، ولا ريب أن لمحبّ ولادة وحرمانه منها أثراً عميقاً في شعره، بما حباه من رقة عاطفة وحنين وشكوى، وبما ألهمه من تعبير عن إحساساته حتى تبوأ زعامة الغزل في أيامه. ومدائح ابن زيدون كثيرة، غير أنه كان فيها متبعاً لا مبتدعاً، كثير التصنع، والإغراب. وهذا الكتاب من سلسلة "ديوان العرب" يجمع بين طياته قصائد ابن زيدون مرتبة بحسب الفنون، في أربعة أبواب: غزل وحنين ووصف الطبيعة، شكوى وعتاب، مدائح ورثاء، وأغراض مختلفة.
