Book Description
"ابن زيدون" هو أبو الوليد أحمد بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن غالب بن زَيْدون المخزومي الأندلسي القُرطُبي الشاعر المشهور، قال ابن بَسّام صاحب "الذخيرة" في حقه: "كان أبو الوليد غاية منثورٍ ومنظوم، وخاتمة شعراء بني مخزوم، أخذ من حُرِّ الأيام حُراً، وفاق الأنام طُرّا، وصرَّف السلطان نفعاً وضرّا، ووسع البيان نظماً ونثرا. إلى أدب ليس للبحر تدفُّقه، ولا للبدر تألقه، وشعر ليس للسحر بيانه، ولا للنجوم الزُّهرِ إقترانه، وحَظ من النثر غريب المباني، شعري الألفاظ والمعاني، وكان من أبناء وجوه الفقهاء بقرطبة، وبرَع أدبه، وجاد شعره، وعلا شأنه، وانطلق لسانه.
ثم انتقل عن قرطبة إلى المعتضد عباد صاحب إشبيلية في سنة إحدى وأربعين وأربعمائة، فجعله من خواصه: يجالسه في خلواته، ويركن إلى إشاراته، وكان معه في صورة وزير"، وذكر له شيئاً كثيراً من الرسائل والنظم.
بين يدينا "ديوان ابن زيدون" جمعه الأستاذ كرم البستاني لكي يطلع القارئ العربي على آثار هذا الشاعر الكبير الذي كان من أبرز شعراء الأندلس المبدعين، ولقد وزع المحقق كتابه على فصول أربعة، خصص الفصل الأول منها: الأشعار الغزل والحنين ووصف الطبيعة.
ثم أفرد الفصل الثاني لقصائد الشكوى والعتاب، وخصص الفصل الثالث لقصائد المدح والرثاء، جمع في الفصل الرابع والأخير قصائد مختلفة ومتنوعة المواضيع.
يعد هذا الكتاب مساهمة قيمة في مكتبنا العربية، ومرجع هام في الأدب العربي القديم.
