Book Description
عهد الي بتحقيق ديوان ابن زيدون ورسائله, وقد كنت تتبعت اخبار ابن زيدون في كتب الادب والتاريخ, فوجدت له شعرا لم يرد ديوانه المخطوط , فألحقته بهذه الطبعة في مكان خاص, مشيرا الي مصادره.
وقد استصوبت ان احتفظ بترتيب الديوان كما جاء في المخطوطات فهو ترتيب موضوعي اذ يبدأ بالقصائد التي نظمها الشاعر في ابي الحزم, ثم التي نظمها في ابنه ابي الوليد, ثم بمدائحه لأمير بطليوس, ثم بمدائحه للمعتضد, ولابنه المعتمد ثم يأتي عقب ذلك الغزال , وهذا عندي افضل من الترتيب حسب القوافي.
أما عن رسائلة فهي الرسالة الجدية, الرسالة الهزلية, وكتب الي الاديب ابي بكر بن مسلم, وهومختف بقرطبة, بعد فراره من السجن, وكتب الي المظفر سيف الدولة ابي بكر بن الافطس, وكتب من قرطبة الي ابن مسلمة بإشبيلية, قبل تحوله إليها, وكتب إثر ذلك المعتضد رقعة يقول فيها, وكتب إليه بعد ان صدر عن حضرته, ولابن زيدون قطعة يصف فيها لقاء مع ولادة , او اوردنا في الخبر عن ولادة.
وقد كانت اخبار ابن زيدون التي قدمناها في هذا الكتاب نقلا عن عديد من المراجع اهمها قلائد العقيان, عن الذخيرة, بعض خبر ولادة "عن ابن بسام", التعريف بمحمد بن عبد الرحمن عبيد الله الناصري والد ولادة.
