عبد الله أحمد اليوسف، كاتب وباحث في شؤون الفكر الإسلامي، وقضايا الشباب والمرأة، ولد في محافظة القطيف عام 1383 هـ / 1964م.

وُلد عبد الله بن أحمد بن كاظم بن محمد بن يوسف اليوسف بتاريخ 20/8/1383 هـ الموافق 6/1/1964م في «حلة محيش» إحدى قرى منطقة القطيف في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية. نشأ الشيخ عبد الله اليوسف نشأة دينية عالية برعاية والديه، وقد عرف عنه منذ صغر سنه تحليه بالتقوى والأخلاق، وكذلك بالذكاء والفطنة، وكان مولعاً بالعلوم الدينية، مما جعله طموحاً للدخول في سلك علماء الدين، وهذا ماتحقق فعلاً في حياته المباركة.

قراءة تحليلية للسيرة الفكرية والسياسية في حياة الإمام الهادي (عليه السلام).
بالإضافة للدور العلمي والفكري المهم الذي قام به الإمام الهادي عليه السلام فقد كان له دور سياسي بارز تمثل في موقف المعارض للحكم العباسي الفاسد، وقاد مسيرة النضال والكفاح ضد الظلم والاستبداد والانحراف والفساد الذي شاع في الدولة العباسية.
وقد أوضحت في هذا الكتاب بشكل مختصر أهم ما قام به من أعمال في حياته المباركة، ثم تطرقت لطريقة عمله وتحركه في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي عاشها، حيث فرضت عليه الإقامة الجبرية في سامراء، كما فرض عليه حصار اقتصادي خانق، وكان تحت المراقبة الشديدة من عيون النظام العباسي. ومع ذلك كان يمارس نشاطه وعمله كإمام معصوم، متحملاً مسؤولياته كزعيم ديني، وقائد عام للأمة الإسلامية.
واختتمت الكتاب بمجموعة من كلماته القصار، وهي كلمات من نور تستحق منا الحفظ والعمل بها.
