يحتوي هذا الجزء من سلسلة "صادر في التمييز-القرارات المدنية" على القرارات الصادرة خلال سنة 220: وأهم ما جاء ف يكل منها: قضت الغرفة الأولى، وفي موضوع الموجبات والعقود، بأن الوكالة تكون وكالة عادية لا في مصلحة الغير عند عدم تحديد الشخص الواقعى في مصلحته هذه الوكالة، كما اعتبرت تعهد البائع ببناء متخت في المستودع المبيع بمثابة عقد التزام لا بيع، وبالنسبة لأحكام المسؤولية، فقد تناولت موضوع المسؤولية الشخصية الواقعة على السائق عند انحرافه عن الطريق واصطدامه بسيارة متوقفة بوضعية طبيعية وغير شاذة أما في قضايا الإثبات، اعتبرت هذه الغرفة أن علاقات الصداقة والروابط الحميمة والعرف غير المتعلق بمهنة لا تشكل استحالة معنوية حائلة دون الحصول على بينة خطية آيلة إلى قبول شهادة الشهود...
وفي القضايا العقارية، قضت الغرفة الثانية بإلزام الشفيع بإيداع ثمن المبيع يوم تقديم دعوة الشفعة دون سائر النفقات وبعدم شمول تعويض الشفعة لآية فوائد. كما اعتبرت بأن حق الريع العقاري هو حقاً شخصياً لا حقاً عينياً عقارياً...
أما بالنسبة للملكية المشتركة، فاعتبرت هذه الغرفة بأن لا حق لجمعية المالكين بتجاهل الأقلية المعارضة لتعديل نسب حقوق الأقسام الخاصة في الأقسام المشتركة وبأن محكمة الأساس هي بمثابة سلطة وصاية على قرارات جمعية المالكين...
وفي قضايا القضاء المتعجل، قضي بعدم صلاحية قضاء الأمور المستعجلة لتقرير الإلزام بدفع قيمة الشيك المفقود أو المسروق تجنباً للمساس بأصل الحق.
أما في قضايا الأحوال الشخصية، فقد أكدت الغرفة الخامسة على خضوع الزواج المعقود بين لبنانيين أمام المرجع الروحي لاختصاص القضاء الروحي...
