يهدف هذا الكتاب الى إماطة القيام والغموض عن العقود التي تتم بواسطة الإنترنت يبين في الفصل الأول أن عقد البيع هو من العقود والمسماة أي تلك العقود التي ورد لها في القانون المدني أو القانونين وترى على العقود المسماة وغير المسماة القواعد المتعلقة بنظرية العقد وعقد البيع من أكثر العقود شيوعيا في العالم لأنه أكثر عقد يتم بين الأشخاص في الحياة اليومية والإقبال على إبرام العقود وبالذات عقود البيع تطلبة الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فهو أساس المعاملات اليومية بين الأفراد والعقد هو تمليك مال أو حق مالي لقاء عرض ثم يشير خصائص عقد البيع فهو عقد رضائي ومعارضة ومحدد القيمة وناقل للملكية وفوري التنفيذ ويتنقل الى أركان عقد البيع ووجود إرادتين متطابقتين والرضا بين الطرفين ويثير المسائل الجوهرية في الرضا والمسائل التفصيلية فيه أيضا ثم يتناول المبيع وشروطه وهي وجود المبيع وتعيينه وصلاحية للتعامل فيه وملكية البائع للشيء المبيع فينتقل الى ثمن المبيع وشروط الثمن وفقاً للنظرية العامة للحقوق الشخصية وشروط وفق القانون المدني الأردني ومن شريط أن يكون الثمن مسمى ومعلوماً ويتناول في الفصل الثاني: نشأة وتاريخ الإنترنت وفوائد ومنها خدمة البريد الآلي بواسطته عن كافة المعلومات والأخبار والدردشة مع رجال الأعمال حديثاً وصورة ونقل الصوت عبر الإنترنت والتجارة والعلوم والصحة.
