أهدافُ قِصَصِ سُلَّمِ القِراءَة: تسعى مجموعة "قِصَصِ سُلَّم القِراءَةِ" إلى توفير تجربةٍ ممتعةٍ للقارئ الصَّغير لتَعلُّم القراءةِ باللغة العربيَّةِ، بطلاقَةٍ بعد أن يكونَ قد تعلَّم حُروفَ الأبجديَّة ونظامَ صوتيّاتِ اللُّغة (الأصوات القصيرةِ والطَّويلَةِ) في "سلسلة سلَّم القراءة: الصَّوتيّات".
تتميُّزُ هذه القِصصُ بأنَّها تعتمدُ المعاييرُ العالميَّةُ مِنْ حُيْثُ: -التدرُّج اللُغويِّ المَنْهَجيِّ في نُصوصِ القِصَصِ.
-مُراعاةِ عَدَدِ الكَلِماتِ الصَّعبَةِ في النصِّ.
-إستعمال الكلماتِ البصريَّةِ والأكثرِ تكراراً.
-الطِّباعَةِ بِحَجْم يُناسِبُ مُسْتَوى القارِئ.
-تطابق رسومات القِصَصِ مع نُصوصِها.
-تقديمِ مضمونٍ مشوقٍ يجذبُ القارئ.
-معالجةِ مفاهيمَ تربويَّةٍ ضمن محاورَ ترتكزُ على نُموِّ الطفلِ وتطَوُّرِهِ.
كما تُشَكِّلُ هذه القِصَصُ نَموذجاً مُلْهِماً للقارئ في أنشطةِ التَّعبيرِ الكِتابيّ.
تمَّ تطويرُ سلسلةِ "سُلَّم القراءة: الصُّوتيّاتِ والقِصَص" بنِاءً على العملِ الميدانِّي لــ "مجموعةِ إقرأ" والّذي سعى إلى تشجيعِ الأطفالِ على القراءةِ باللُغةِ العربيَّةِ بأحدثِ الأساليبِ العالميَّة.
