"مفهوم الذات أسسه النظرية والتطبيقية" كتاب يحتوي على دراسة تقع في ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية وهي: التوجيه والتطبيق ثم التقرير. فالقسم الأول يشتمل على الفصول الثلاثة الأولى، وهي تتضمن الأصل الواضح لنظرية مفهوم الذات، وتعلم هذه النظرية كجانب مفيد من الناحية العملية بالنسبة للمدرسين، بالإضافة غلى وجود نظرة شاملة حول المضمونات التربوية. أما القسم الثاني فيشتمل على الفصول الخمسة على التوالى إلى جانب طرح الأسئلة التطبيقية التي تثار بشأن استخدام اختيارات الذكاء وكذا تجميع القدرة ودرجاتها وتعزيزها ونظام الفصل وتجد إجابات لهذه الأسئلة وذلك على ضوء نظرية الفكرة الذاتية. وفي النهاية يتناول القسم الثالث كيفية قياس مفهوم الذات إلى جانب تناوله بعض الصعوبات التي يشتمل عليها هذا القياس.
