شكلت نظرية الحرب الناعمة، أو القوة اللينة بحسب المفكر الإستراتيجي الأميركي جوزيف ناي واحدة من أبرز النظريات والأطروحات التي جرى تداولها في العالمين العربي والإسلامي، ويقصد منها تحقيق الهيمنة عبر الغزو الثقافي والفكري وتدمير الولاءات والهويات الوطنية والدينية والأخلاقية.
