في الحقيقة ذكرت في مؤلفي هذا فوائد مدهشة لبعض النباتات التي وهبها الله للبشرية وقد قارنت تلك الفوائد في كثير من الأحيان مع الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، وقد ذكرت الأغذية التي تعمل على التقليل من نسبة الكوليسترول (المادة التي إذا زادت نسبتها عن الحب الطبيعي في الدم أدت إلى أمراض عصيبة) وكذلك تعمل في نفس الوقت على زيادة (HDL) أي البروتينات الدهنية العالية الكثافة حيث أن الـ(HDL) تعمل على تنظيف الأنسجة من الكولسترول.
وعلى سبيل المثال ذكرت فوائد نبات الصبر العظيمة وقد حصلت على تلكم المعلومات من الأبحاث الحديثة، كما ذكرت دور تطييب نفوس المرضى -الذي أمر الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم به- وعلى زيادة مقاومة الجسم وذلك نتيجة لارتفاع نسبة كريات الدم البيض وهي الخط الدفاعي في جسم الإنسان.
هذا وكنت أبحث منذ سنين عن سبب وصف الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم للحم البقر بأنه (داء) وقد حالفني التوفيق في الحصول على بحث علمي أجري في اليابان سنة 1998، ودونت في كتابي هذا كل ما جاء في ذلك البحث حول مضار لحم البقر من أحداث طفرات وراثية في الحوامض النووية DNA.
وذكرت أيضاً حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم عن أوقات النوم الصحية وناقشتهاوذكرت فوائدها العظيمة استناداً إلى البحوث العلمية.
كما ورد في كتابي هذا بعض الظواهر الباراسايكولوجية التي تتعدى تتحدى المفاهيم التقليدية للزمن، السببية والانعزال الفردي المشمول في كل من النظريات العضوية والنفسية العضوية ولقد أتى ذكر تلك الظواهر لمقارنتها بقصة سيدنا عمر مع سارية (رضي الله عنه)، وقد يرى بعض الناس بأن قصة سيدنا عمر مطابقة لظاهرة التلباثي، إلا أني بينت بأن قصته صلى الله عليه وسلم تفوق في كثير من جوانبها عن ظاهرة التلباثي.
ثم قد يظن البعض أن ظاهرة التلباثي هي ظاهرة علمية بحتة، نعم هذا لا شك فيه، إلا أنه يخفى على هؤلاء بأن تلك الظاهرة هي من صنع الله وليس من صنع الأمريكان والروس، والغريب أن تلك الظاهرة لم تعرف كنهها الحقيقي والدقيق لحد الآن مع هذا التقدم العلمي في عصرنا الحالي.
وذكرت في كتابي هذا أيضاً حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم عن تفاؤل وقارنته مع أحدث البحوث العلمية التجريبية مقرونة بأمثلة واقعية كتبت بأيد شرقية وغربية.
